"I want a job to work from home" seems to as a statement from someone who is determined. But what exactly is he/she determined to do?

Why would a person want to find a job to work from home?

1- Feeling threatened at work and wants something to fall back on.
2- Day job is not providing a good income and wants to increase it.
3- A retired person who does not want to sit around doing nothing.

These are only few examples to explain why a person would try to find a job to work from home. You can increase that list to include any other reasons that you might think of.

To find a job to work from home is a wonderful solution to think of and it has its wonderful advantages. Still a question that is worth asking here, did the person who thought of this idea examine all options available.

If you want to work from home, why did you opt for a job to work from home? Why not establish your own home based business?

I am not going to list the advantages of a home based business over finding a job to work from home. All what I am trying to do here is put the option in front of you in case you have not thought of it.

Having your own business in general must have crossed your mind, but you might have ignored it because of the traditional obstacles associated with such an idea. Well I have some good news for you.

If the idea of establishing your own business appeals to you more than having just another job, then here the facts:

1- The process of finding a legitimate job to work from home is just the same as finding ideas for working at home.

2- Both can be done online

3- The excitement of having your own home based business is greater than that of having a job to work from home.

4- A job is a job whether it was online, offline, at home or in an office. There is always a financial cap. You know it is not the same when it comes to having your own business.

5- Yet a job can be more secure in terms of earnings, unlike having your own business.

6- When you apply for a job, you are using the skills that you already possess, while when establishing your own business you will always learn other skills, especially if it was an online business.

When conducting your research to find a job to work from home, I really advise you to expand your research to include establishing your own home based business. There is nothing like having your own business.

Time and time again you see sales letters that claim that with only thirty minutes of work you too can be a work at home guru. There was even one page that bragged about turning anyone into a work at home wiz in under five minutes. These claims have become cliche and such sales pages often lead to people becoming weary of work at home programs. But why then would there be so many? Can you really be lazy and still earn money with a work at home program.

The typical answer would be no. There is not a company online or offline that can turn you into a millionaire without doing something. But on that note, there are people who manage to work less and make more. These people are not lazy however, theyre clever. They have found ways to work smarter instead of harder to earn money. The beauty of it is you dont have to be web genius, or hold a degree in communications to adopt the work smart tactics that many work at home gurus have mastered.

The first thing to do is to leverage your time. All work at home gurus have learned how to leverage their time. They know that you will never get rich trading dollars for hours. Wealthy people let their money and other people work for them. Maybe you can only manage to work fifteen hours a week but you can leverage the time of a thousand people and create a ten thousand hour work week. And yes, this is possible to do without hiring employees. It involves network marketing.

Another essential time saver is to use an automated system. There are lot tasks to be handled in any business. But with most work at home business these tasks can be handled by an automated system. Many people fail to earn money because they can not or do not like to sell. The simplest solution to this is to use an automated selling system where lead generation, sifting, and selling, is all handled for you.

Probably one of the biggest time snatchers is to start from scratch. This is your classic example of working hard. Smart workers dont reinvent the wheel. It takes to much time to learn what to do and what not do through your own mistakes. Work at home masters have been there, done that. Take note of what they tell you and apply that. Dont try to create your own new set of rules.

Build a residual income. Think of all the time, energy and stress it takes to find a new customer each and everyday. You dont always have to focus on creating new prospects to earn money. The best way to truly earn money is to build a residual income. Dont just sell a product one time; find a way to earn money from anything you sell. Sell a product or service today and earn an income for life. It isnt about working all hours of the day to make a one time sale its about working an hour today and earning money for a life time.

You can not be wealthy by being lazy, you can work less and make more if you apply the tactics described above today.

How To Be Organized As A Work From Home Mom

Women like me have many reasons for becoming work from home moms. There are loads of options for women to make a good living from the comfort of their homes while being able to spend time with their families. I can honestly say that becoming a work from home mom requires structure, but once you become organized, this career option is very easy. In this day in age with the computer technology that we have, you can start a home business and help your family out financially while still being around to raise your children. Because much of the workload is on the computer, moms can set their own schedules and manage their time to fit their own needs.

Even if you can only work a few hours a day on your home business, a comfortable income is possible. These few hours could bring in money, but the more hours you work the more money you could possibly earn. The key is to not work in large blocks of time everyday because you will be wasting the valuable time you spend with your family. Spending time with your family is the reason why as a mom, you want to work from home in the first place. Pace yourself. You do not want to wear yourself out as if you were still commuting back and forth to your outside the home job. You will not be doing yourself or your family any favors.

There are many things you can do to get and keep yourself organized running your home business.

1. Take full advantage of nap times. While your children are sleeping, you will have guilt free time for yourself. Spend time with your family in the evening then work on your business after everyone else has gone to bed.

2. Use your time wisely. Do not check your email every five minutes during the day. I used to do this and found that once I sat down to check my mail, I needed to do a few other miscellaneous items while I was online. I find that checking my email a couple of times throughout the day; answering anything that needed my immediate attention, and then saving the rest for when I could deal with all my mail at once was a better option.

3. Set up a voice mail system so you can retrieve your calls when you can sit undisturbed for a long stretch of time. It will be easier to manage each phone call and give it the attention that is required.

4. No one can tell you exactly how to manage your time because each individual is unique. I strongly suggest scheduling a coaching session with one of your up line or a professional coaching service. These people are time management specialists. Take advantage of their wealth of information. You will find that your life as a work from home mom will be ten times easier to manage.

Trying to simplify your family/home business is indeed one of the biggest challenges you may ever have to face. Many online websites are unique to home business moms. These sites can help you find other moms who want to, or are make money from home, and are willing to share their downfalls and success stories. You can learn from the women who have gone before you.

The fact of the matter is, running a home business is easy, but if you do not invest a small amount of time to get your home and work life organized, you may wind up putting more hours in at home, than you did at your regular job. That means less money per hour and less time spent with your family.

The bottom line: Get information from others in the know. Get organized. Use your time wisely and you will have the best chance for success with your home business.

10 Reasons You Should Never Get a Job

Just for fun I recently asked Erin, “Now that the kids are in summer school, don’t you think it’s about time you went out and got yourself a job? I hate seeing you wallow in unemployment for so long.”

She smiled and said, “Wow. I have been unemployed a really long time. That’s weird… I like it!”

Neither of us have had jobs since the ’90s (my only job was in 1992), so we’ve been self-employed for quite a while. In our household it’s a running joke for one of us to say to the other, “Maybe you should get a job, derelict!”

It’s like the scene in The Three Stooges where Moe tells Curly to get a job, and Curly backs away, saying, “No, please… not that! Anything but that!”

It’s funny that when people reach a certain age, such as after graduating college, they assume it’s time to go out and get a job. But like many things the masses do, just because everyone does it doesn’t mean it’s a good idea. In fact, if you’re reasonably intelligent, getting a job is one of the worst things you can do to support yourself. There are far better ways to make a living than selling yourself into indentured servitude.

Here are some reasons you should do everything in your power to avoid getting a job:

1. Income for dummies.

Getting a job and trading your time for money may seem like a good idea. There’s only one problem with it. It’s stupid! It’s the stupidest way you can possibly generate income! This is truly income for dummies.

Why is getting a job so dumb? Because you only get paid when you’re working. Don’t you see a problem with that, or have you been so thoroughly brainwashed into thinking it’s reasonable and intelligent to only earn income when you’re working? Have you never considered that it might be better to be paid even when you’re not working? Who taught you that you could only earn income while working? Some other brainwashed employee perhaps?

Don’t you think your life would be much easier if you got paid while you were eating, sleeping, and playing with the kids too? Why not get paid 24/7? Get paid whether you work or not. Don’t your plants grow even when you aren’t tending to them? Why not your bank account?

Who cares how many hours you work? Only a handful of people on this entire planet care how much time you spend at the office. Most of us won’t even notice whether you work 6 hours a week or 60. But if you have something of value to provide that matters to us, a number of us will be happy to pull out our wallets and pay you for it. We don’t care about your time — we only care enough to pay for the value we receive. Do you really care how long it took me to write this article? Would you pay me twice as much if it took me 6 hours vs. only 3?

Non-dummies often start out on the traditional income for dummies path. So don’t feel bad if you’re just now realizing you’ve been suckered. Non-dummies eventually realize that trading time for money is indeed extremely dumb and that there must be a better way. And of course there is a better way. The key is to de-couple your value from your time.

Smart people build systems that generate income 24/7, especially passive income. This can include starting a business, building a web site, becoming an investor, or generating royalty income from creative work. The system delivers the ongoing value to people and generates income from it, and once it’s in motion, it runs continuously whether you tend to it or not. From that moment on, the bulk of your time can be invested in increasing your income (by refining your system or spawning new ones) instead of merely maintaining your income.

This web site is an example of such a system. At the time of this writing, it generates about $9000 a month in income for me (update: $40,000 a month as of 10/31/06), and it isn’t my only income stream either. I write each article just once (fixed time investment), and people can extract value from them year after year. The web server delivers the value, and other systems (most of which I didn’t even build and don’t even understand) collect income and deposit it automatically into my bank account. It’s not perfectly passive, but I love writing and would do it for free anyway. But of course it cost me a lot of money to launch this business, right? Um, yeah, $9 is an awful lot these days (to register the domain name). Everything after that was profit.

Sure it takes some upfront time and effort to design and implement your own income-generating systems. But you don’t have to reinvent the wheel — feel free to use existing systems like ad networks and affiliate programs. Once you get going, you won’t have to work so many hours to support yourself. Wouldn’t it be nice to be out having dinner with your spouse, knowing that while you’re eating, you’re earning money? If you want to keep working long hours because you enjoy it, go right ahead. If you want to sit around doing nothing, feel free. As long as your system continues delivering value to others, you’ll keep getting paid whether you’re working or not.

Your local bookstore is filled with books containing workable systems others have already designed, tested, and debugged. Nobody is born knowing how to start a business or generate investment income, but you can easily learn it. How long it takes you to figure it out is irrelevant because the time is going to pass anyway. You might as well emerge at some future point as the owner of income-generating systems as opposed to a lifelong wage slave. This isn’t all or nothing. If your system only generates a few hundred dollars a month, that’s a significant step in the right direction.

2. Limited experience.

You might think it’s important to get a job to gain experience. But that’s like saying you should play golf to get experience playing golf. You gain experience from living, regardless of whether you have a job or not. A job only gives you experience at that job, but you gain ”experience” doing just about anything, so that’s no real benefit at all. Sit around doing nothing for a couple years, and you can call yourself an experienced meditator, philosopher, or politician.

The problem with getting experience from a job is that you usually just repeat the same limited experience over and over. You learn a lot in the beginning and then stagnate. This forces you to miss other experiences that would be much more valuable. And if your limited skill set ever becomes obsolete, then your experience won’t be worth squat. In fact, ask yourself what the experience you’re gaining right now will be worth in 20-30 years. Will your job even exist then?

Consider this. Which experience would you rather gain? The knowledge of how to do a specific job really well — one that you can only monetize by trading your time for money – or the knowledge of how to enjoy financial abundance for the rest of your life without ever needing a job again? Now I don’t know about you, but I’d rather have the latter experience. That seems a lot more useful in the real world, wouldn’t you say?

3. Lifelong domestication.

Getting a job is like enrolling in a human domestication program. You learn how to be a good pet.

Look around you. Really look. What do you see? Are these the surroundings of a free human being? Or are you living in a cage for unconscious animals? Have you fallen in love with the color beige?

How’s your obedience training coming along? Does your master reward your good behavior? Do you get disciplined if you fail to obey your master’s commands?

Is there any spark of free will left inside you? Or has your conditioning made you a pet for life?

Humans are not meant to be raised in cages. You poor thing…

4. Too many mouths to feed.

Employee income is the most heavily taxed there is. In the USA you can expect that about half your salary will go to taxes. The tax system is designed to disguise how much you’re really giving up because some of those taxes are paid by your employer, and some are deducted from your paycheck. But you can bet that from your employer’s perspective, all of those taxes are considered part of your pay, as well as any other compensation you receive such as benefits. Even the rent for the office space you consume is considered, so you must generate that much more value to cover it. You might feel supported by your corporate environment, but keep in mind that you’re the one paying for it.

Another chunk of your income goes to owners and investors. That’s a lot of mouths to feed.

It isn’t hard to understand why employees pay the most in taxes relative to their income. After all, who has more control over the tax system? Business owners and investors or employees?

You only get paid a fraction of the real value you generate. Your real salary may be more than triple what you’re paid, but most of that money you’ll never see. It goes straight into other people’s pockets.

What a generous person you are!

5. Way too risky.

Many employees believe getting a job is the safest and most secure way to support themselves.

Morons.

Social conditioning is amazing. It’s so good it can even make people believe the exact opposite of the truth.

Does putting yourself in a position where someone else can turn off all your income just by saying two words (”You’re fired”) sound like a safe and secure situation to you? Does having only one income stream honestly sound more secure than having 10?

The idea that a job is the most secure way to generate income is just silly. You can’t have security if you don’t have control, and employees have the least control of anyone. If you’re an employee, then your real job title should be professional gambler.

6. Having an evil bovine master.

When you run into an idiot in the entrepreneurial world, you can turn around and head the other way. When you run into an idiot in the corporate world, you have to turn around and say, “Sorry, boss.”

Did you know that the word boss comes from the Dutch word baas, which historically means master? Another meaning of the word boss is “a cow or bovine.” And in many video games, the boss is the evil dude that you have to kill at the end of a level.

So if your boss is really your evil bovine master, then what does that make you? Nothing but a turd in the herd.

Who’s your daddy?

7. Begging for money.

When you want to increase your income, do you have to sit up and beg your master for more money? Does it feel good to be thrown some extra Scooby Snacks now and then?

Or are you free to decide how much you get paid without needing anyone’s permission but your own?

If you have a business and one customer says “no” to you, you simply say “next.”

8. An inbred social life.

Many people treat their jobs as their primary social outlet. They hang out with the same people working in the same field. Such incestuous relations are social dead ends. An exciting day includes deep conversations about the company’s switch from Sparkletts to Arrowhead, the delay of Microsoft’s latest operating system, and the unexpected delivery of more Bic pens. Consider what it would be like to go outside and talk to strangers. Ooooh… scary! Better stay inside where it’s safe.

If one of your co-slaves gets sold to another master, do you lose a friend? If you work in a male-dominated field, does that mean you never get to talk to women above the rank of receptionist? Why not decide for yourself whom to socialize with instead of letting your master decide for you? Believe it or not, there are locations on this planet where free people congregate. Just be wary of those jobless folk — they’re a crazy bunch!

9. Loss of freedom.

It takes a lot of effort to tame a human being into an employee. The first thing you have to do is break the human’s independent will. A good way to do this is to give them a weighty policy manual filled with nonsensical rules and regulations. This leads the new employee to become more obedient, fearing that s/he could be disciplined at any minute for something incomprehensible. Thus, the employee will likely conclude it’s safest to simply obey the master’s commands without question. Stir in some office politics for good measure, and we’ve got a freshly minted mind slave.

As part of their obedience training, employees must be taught how to dress, talk, move, and so on. We can’t very well have employees thinking for themselves, now can we? That would ruin everything.

God forbid you should put a plant on your desk when it’s against the company policy. Oh no, it’s the end of the world! Cindy has a plant on her desk! Summon the enforcers! Send Cindy back for another round of sterility training!

Free human beings think such rules and regulations are silly of course. The only policy they need is: “Be smart. Be nice. Do what you love. Have fun.”

10. Becoming a coward.

Have you noticed that employed people have an almost endless capacity to whine about problems at their companies? But they don’t really want solutions – they just want to vent and make excuses why it’s all someone else’s fault. It’s as if getting a job somehow drains all the free will out of people and turns them into spineless cowards. If you can’t call your boss a jerk now and then without fear of getting fired, you’re no longer free. You’ve become your master’s property.

When you work around cowards all day long, don’t you think it’s going to rub off on you? Of course it will. It’s only a matter of time before you sacrifice the noblest parts of your humanity on the altar of fear: first courage… then honesty… then honor and integrity… and finally your independent will. You sold your humanity for nothing but an illusion. And now your greatest fear is discovering the truth of what you’ve become.

I don’t care how badly you’ve been beaten down. It is never too late to regain your courage. Never!

Still want a job?

If you’re currently a well-conditioned, well-behaved employee, your most likely reaction to the above will be defensiveness. It’s all part of the conditioning. But consider that if the above didn’t have a grain of truth to it, you wouldn’t have an emotional reaction at all. This is only a reminder of what you already know. You can deny your cage all you want, but the cage is still there. Perhaps this all happened so gradually that you never noticed it until now… like a lobster enjoying a nice warm bath.

If any of this makes you mad, that’s a step in the right direction. Anger is a higher level of consciousness than apathy, so it’s a lot better than being numb all the time. Any emotion — even confusion — is better than apathy. If you work through your feelings instead of repressing them, you’ll soon emerge on the doorstep of courage. And when that happens, you’ll have the will to actually do something about your situation and start living like the powerful human being you were meant to be instead of the domesticated pet you’ve been trained to be.

Happily jobless

What’s the alternative to getting a job? The alternative is to remain happily jobless for life and to generate income through other means. Realize that you earn income by providing value — not time – so find a way to provide your best value to others, and charge a fair price for it. One of the simplest and most accessible ways is to start your own business. Whatever work you’d otherwise do via employment, find a way to provide that same value directly to those who will benefit most from it. It takes a bit more time to get going, but your freedom is easily worth the initial investment of time and energy. Then you can buy your own Scooby Snacks for a change.

And of course everything you learn along the way, you can share with others to generate even more value. So even your mistakes can be monetized.

Had anybody told me that I can think myself into wealth and prosperity, I would have laughed it off as a joke. But not after I read Science of Getting Rich. In fact, right from the first day we become conscious, the message is loud and clear and almost drilled into our sub conscious that we are born rich and prosperous. It is only that we ignore all signals pointing towards prosperity and choose the path of drudgery, which is a pity. As humans we are born into abundance and joy but we lose our way into despair. The only way to restore the equilibrium of nature is to think our way into prosperity. There is a difference between thinking about prosperity as a distant dream and thinking and living in abundance in the present moment. Think you are already rich or in love or whatever you wish to be and it will turn into reality.

I can hear you say, "It is very easy to tell others to start living their dreams. Here I am up to my neck in debt and creditors breathing down my neck. How do you expect me to think, even for a moment, that I am rich and prosperous? More than anything, I only feel despair." Let me tell you this. Frankly, I also felt the same. But this is where the Law of Attraction comes into force. Can’t you see that more you think of debt, more you are going to sink into it? The universe is neutral. If you send positive signals out into space, they get magnified and come back with renewed energy and force. When you are thinking about debt, the universe magnifies and reinforces debt. You are forcing nature to do your bidding.

In Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill says, "Decide what you want, write it on a card, carry the card with you, read it as often as possible every day, at least every morning when you get up and before you to go to bed at night." This is as good an advice as any. You have to break out of the old mold. Just imagine your thoughts of debt and misery as old clothes and throw them away. Create a powerful mental image in your mind of throwing the old clothes far away and then don new clothes, nice and silky, full of positive energy. Carry this spanking new picture with you wherever you go. I promise that your life would be transformed magically.

13 Common Adsense Mistakes

1. Clicking ads on your site.
This is the biggest of all the adsense mistakes and an easiest way to get your account banned.

2. Editing adsense codes.
You are not allowed to edit the adsense codes you obtain from your adsense account. It is also advised to make the color changes etc from the adsense account itself instead of editing it from the codes. This is to avoid the possibility of mistakes.

3. Placing more ad units than allowed on a page.
Only 3 ad units, 1 link unit, 2 search tabs, 4 different referral buttons are allowed on a single page. It should always be made sure that all your pages are within the allowed list.

4. Using other contextual PPC ads together with google ads.
You are not allowed to display other contextual ads on a page which is showing google ads. Google ads, YPN ads etc are examples of contextual ads. Amazon ads are examples of non contextual ads. However there is a debate on whether amazon’s omakase is contextual or not.

It has been informed by adsense support that Amazon ads can be displayed on the same page with google ads.

5. Labeling ads with texts other than "sponsored links" or "advertisements".
Only the above mentioned two labels are allowed for google ads. I have seen that some publishers uses labels like "sponsors" "links" "links of interest" "click here for more info" etc. I can assure that these are against adsense TOS and can get your account banned.

6. Disclosing your adsense reports data to public.
You are not allowed to disclose anything other than your aggregate earnings to others. I have seen many people copying data from their reports and pasting with their questions on different forums. Everyone must know that this isn’t allowed at all.

7. Placing direct download links for music or video on your adsense site.
According to adsense TOS, no link on your site should directly lead to audio or video result.

8. Too many entirely different topics on a single site.
This mistake won’t get you banned but this can make it difficult for you to get relevant ads.

9. Not updating your site often enough.
This also won’t get you banned but will affect your earnings and traffic. A site which is updated regularly will be getting a lot of return traffic and the ads will be changing from time to time thus the chances of same ads appearing for too long and people becoming not interested in clicking on the ads is reduced.

10. Not blending ads with your pages.
To get a good click through you should make ads look like a part of your site and not as an alien from mars.

11. Setting up the payment hold for too long.
Adsense is very strict about click fraud and they can ban any account if they detects fraud clicks.Once you are banned they won’t pay you the money you earned before you was banned. So it is not a good practice to set up a payment hold for too long a time interval.

12. Not checking your adsense reports at least once a day.

The Purpose of Money

Unfortunately, much of humanity is so focused on making money that it has lost sight of deeper purposes. Persons in or affiliated with traditional organizations are perhaps particularly adept at this focus on money, or, as we like to say, "the bottom line."

We are moving into a time (or are we in it?) when we can more easily see the manifestations of our false beliefs. We are facing experiences that more easily teach us to tap into higher purposes and more empowering intention. We will surely get this teaching. Since I have entitled this article, "Money, Prosperity, Abundance," I want to define my terms. For me, each word connotes a different meaning and resonates to a different vibration.

The Meaning of Money, Prosperity, and Abundance

Money is a means of exchange, energy in the form of coins or wampum or reduced to paper as currency. Gold and silver have value -- both intrinsic and extrinsic -- but paper only represents value. The only power money has is the power we give it. Prosperity means flourishing and thriving. We tend to equate prosperity with good fortune and success and affluence, the good things of life. Abundance is an overflowing supply, fullness. The Infinite Source is our supply.

Energetically, money has the lowest vibration of these three. When fears surround money, the vibration moves to a still lower frequency. We can touch and see money. We have many myths and cliches about money (root of all evil, growing on trees, rainy day, buying happiness, and more).

The energy of prosperity has more of a flow to it than money -- listen to the word "prosperity" as you say it out loud and resonate to its vibration. You can feel similar resonance of the words that I used above to define prosperity, also.

Abundance resonates with words and ideas like joy and love and wisdom. Abundance is not really of this physical world, although we use it to manifest in the physical world. We cannot see abundance, we can only see manifestations of abundance. So, too, we cannot see love or joy or wisdom, but we can have feelings, pictures, and examples of the manifestations. All energy comes from Spirit. And Spirit is abundant, infinite, unlimited.

Creating Money, Prosperity and Abundance

When we focus our attention in the world of money, we tend to believe that the only way to generate more money is with money or something else that is tangible or physical. In other words, there is a belief that we can only create something "new" from something that is already created. This is a false belief. This is a belief that is coming to the surface for humanity right now as our money and organizational systems are challenged.

When we live in the consciousness of abundance, we know that we can create more of everything from the Source. There is no fear in this consciousness. Consider how you feel when you are surrounded by the richness of nature, one of the physical world's manifestations of abundance. Ideas flow. Peace is present. You can more easily touch your own joy. You vibrate to abundance.

Releasing Fears and Resistance

Fears and resistance about money are strong in our society, especially now. Such thoughts and feelings are not necessarily in direct proportion to the quantity of money an individual or organization has. Those with considerable financial means often live with more fears and resistance about money than those with modest resources. The usual response to this phenomenon is, "Of course, they have more to lose." But I say it goes deeper than that.

Fears and resistance about money are embedded deeply in the human consciousness because of the attention and feelings associated with it. Since I can see thought forms, I see how and where such dynamics are embedded. These dynamics permeate all aspects of our lives as a society, and impact us even when we do not personally embrace the specific concept. These embedded dynamics disappear as we lift our vibration and consciousness to appreciate abundance.

Fears and resistance about money can be released by surrendering -- often a tough concept for those who have been "successful" in our society. We release fears and resistance by knowing that we opening to wellness and abundance rather than overcoming sickness and poverty. We release by being attentive to our own growth process. We release by letting go. We release by no longer resisting.

Moving Forward

I know -- both personally and energetically -- many successful persons who are being challenged to move into and stay in their spiritual knowingness. Those who have been successful and prosperous in the world as it has been must now shift their foundation so that they believe in the Source of their manifested physical things rather than the belief in the manifested physical things themselves.

In your own family or organization or other group, you might consider ways to discuss concepts of abundance and prosperity and togetherness and plenty and love. Here is a simple example: the word "downsizing" is an anti-abundance concept. It is also dehumanizing, by the way. Consider, also, that "doing more with less" is a mixed vibration -- do you want "more" or "less"? Consider how you can promote more healthy concepts and clear messages.

The dichotomy of wealth and poverty is not merely an issue of distribution, but one of consciousness. We are moving into a new paradigm, a paradigm that includes the awareness and acknowledgement of Spirit. Let's make the move consciously, joyfully, and abundantly. More than enough exists in this world that is constantly expanding.

Ending Poverty Consciousness

Definition number 1 of "poverty" in the American Heritage Dictionary is: "The state of being poor; lack of the means of providing material needs or comforts." It is further defined as "deficiency in amount; scantiness; unproductiveness; infertility."

By "poverty consciousness" I mean the set of attitudes and beliefs and feelings and values associated with material lack or fear of material lack. Poverty consciousness equals a belief in limitation, and almost always includes fear.

Poverty consciousness is not directly related to the amount of money one has. Rather, it is the relationship to that money or to material possessions. If you worry about not having enough money, you are in poverty consciousness. If you believe there is not enough for everyone in the world, you operate from poverty consciousness.

One can live in conditions of poverty without necessarily living in poverty consciousness, which is a state of mind and heart. The amount of money or other material possessions is a matter of fact. One's relationship to that amount is a matter of thoughts and feelings.

Different Means; Similar Consciousness

Years ago, I had two personal empowerment sessions back-to-back with individuals of strikingly different financial means. The first one asked me probing questions about decisions he wanted to make with respect to stocks and his upcoming retirement from a major corporation. The second, desperate to generate $35 to pay his part of the electric bill, asked me probing questions about his uncertain situation.

I worked with both men in essentially the same way. I looked at the energy field in and around their thoughts and feelings. I assessed how they were creating a reality of poverty consciousness energized by their fears. The one of greater financial means became calmer as he embraced a shift in consciousness. The one of lesser financial means became calmer as he embraced a shift in consciousness.

The dollar amounts were different. The fear was the same. Probably each would have envied the other! As each man understood more fully how he had thought and felt his way in to his particular situation, he was better prepared to think and feel his way out.

Another Definition

Let's return to the American Heritage dictionary, where there is a fourth definition of poverty that warrants discussion: "Renunciation made by a member of a religious order of the right to own property."

Perhaps few readers of this article are presently in religious orders that require vows of poverty. However, the history of civilization is filled with such vows. For those of you who believe that it is possible to inherit traits from your ancestors, consider the impact of past vows of poverty passed through the genes. For those of you who believe that it is possible to be influenced by beliefs of others, consider the impact of past vows of poverty modeled in behavior. For those of you who believe in past lives, consider the impact of past vows of poverty on future lives. For those of you who believe in the existence of an energy field, consider how it might be polluted by such vows of limitation.

You can probably find some part of your belief system that tells you that vows of poverty made in the past can impact you and others now. As Individuals, in groups, and as the whole of humanity, we are touched by others.

A Matter of Faith

Ending poverty consciousness is a matter of faith. We all have faith, even though there are many who claim they have none. The question is not whether or not you have faith, but rather, in what you place your faith. Do you place your faith in money? In yourself? In lack? In history? In the future? In the visible? In the invisible?

When the visible elements of our experience are tumbling, we must redirect our faith, our energy, and our intention. The physical world is a temporary reality. It is time to open our awareness more to the worlds beyond this one. Higher consciousness is becoming more available to the human plane. You will want to stay alert so you do not to miss this adventure!

We are living in an exciting time. A time when we will prove that poverty and poverty consciousness are obsolete. A time when we will know, without a doubt, that we live in an abundant universe, a universe waiting to fulfill our every need.

This article has focused on poverty and poverty consciousness as related to material things. Keep in mind, though, that the same principles apply to other aspects of our lives. Some persons feel poverty or poverty consciousness about themselves. "Low self esteem" is one of the popular terms. It is a belief in lack, lack of one's talents or abilities, not having enough of what is wanted.

A Few Ideas to End Poverty Consciousness

* Watch your language! Make sure that what follows "I" or "I am" is what you want to manifest. If you say "I am poor," the Universe will answer you with its only response: yes!

* Say, think, and/or write empowering affirmations. (For example, "I rescind old vows of poverty and limitation." Or, "I accept the gifts of the Universe.")

* Bless all those who owe you money. Pray for their prosperity. When they pay you, thank them and thank the Source, the Higher Power.

* Bless all those to whom you owe money. Pray for their prosperity. When you pay them, thank them and thank the Source, the Higher Power.

* Recognize that money is a means of exchange. Stop giving your power away to money. Claim your own power from within, follow your passion, and the required means will be at your disposal.

* Focus on what you desire, not on what you do not desire. That to which you give your attention expands. If you give your attention to scarcity, scarcity expands; if you give your attention to abundance, abundance expands.

Now is the Time

Now is the only time we really have. We may believe that "as soon as ...... happens" we will be free of poverty consciousness. We may dream that "when I win the lottery, I will do all those things I want to do." The truth is, we do not need to wait for any conditions to change in order to be conscious of abundance. Now is the time. Here is the place.

There Is a 'Science' to Getting Rich

What are you thinking about right now? The Law of Attraction states that "whatever we think about, we bring about". This law may initially seem like new age fluff but believe it or not, there are scientific merits to this proposition. The top quantum physicists of our time have discovered that our universe and our reality is very much directed by the "observer".

When studying quantum particles (the smallest observable unit of matter), these scientists discovered that such particles behave in accordance with the person conducting the experiment. If the scientists "predict" that quantum particles behave in a certain way, they do. And yet, if the scientists "predict" that quantum particles behave in another way, they do. It is the "observer" that dictates the outcome of the experiment!

What does all this mean for us normal people? Well actually, these scientific experiments have far reaching implications for us as our world is made up of these same quantum particles! In this case, we are the "observer" the director and hence the creator of our reality, our world and our experience.

So, be careful of what you think about! for example, have your thoughts ever begun with the following phrases:

I don't understand…

I'm frustrated that…

I hate my…

I can't figure out …

I'm stressed about…

The Law of Attraction is indifferent to the words preceding your thought. Whatever you think about you will attract into your life. When you think "I don't understand why bad things always happen to me?", you are "attracting" bad things into your life. When you think "I want to get out of debt", you are attracting more debt into your life. When you think "I'm worried I will get sick", you are attracting sickness into your life! The Law of Attraction brings about what you focus on even if it is not what you want. Get it?

If you understand this principle, here are some examples of how to make the law of attraction work to support you rather than to act against you. Try observing your thoughts and changing your thinking in the following way:

"I want to get out of debt" to "I want to earn amazing riches"

"I hate my boss" to "I look forward to owning my own business"

"I'm stressed about this project" to "I always create amazing results in my projects"

"I'm worried about getting sick" to "I experience vibrant health daily"

Now that we have a better understanding of the Law of Attraction, it is no surprise why so many people struggle with regards to money. It is been said that "the rich get richer while the poor get poorer". This is actually the Law of Attraction in action. Because the wealthy have money, they often think about how to best use their money and hence they attract more money. The poor on the other hand often think about their present lack of money and unfortunately, that also attracts lack into their lives. Currently, 96% of the world's wealth is being earned by just 1% of the population!

What is the Science of Getting Rich about? Well in the words of Wallace D. Wattles, "The ownership of money and property comes as a result of doing things in a certain way. Those who do things in this certain way, whether on purpose or accidentally, get rich. Those who do not do things in this certain way, no matter how hard they work or how able they are, remain poor. It is a natural law that like causes always produce like effects. Therefore, any man or woman who learns to do things in this certain way will infallibly get rich." Make Money with Adsense The Basics

Adsense is probably one of the quickest and most powerful roots to website profits with the easy implementation of a simple snippet of code. If used properly it can generate a great passive income for any site. But that's the crux if you're not placing the right Adsense code in the right style and in the right position on your pages then you're actually loosing money.

Apart from the ease of implementation the results you can achieve are fast and they can also be surprising and exciting.

The first thing to do when considering Adsense is to research your keywords. Research your market if you're adding Adsense to an existing site or explore niche markets if this is a new site. Examine keywords and keyphrases from the market that get the most searches on the search engines. There are a number of sites and software tools that will allow you to do this some of them even giving you the click costs, essentially how much you will make per click on an ad.

Select say 10 keywords or keyphrases and then consider your site content or for best results create new content. Unique and keyword rich articles related to your site theme work well. Use your 10 keywords to choose an article theme and then create an article for each keyword. Aim to have around 3% keyword density for each article. Keyword density is the number of times your keyword appears in relation to the number of over all words in the article.

Be sure to make your article informative and grammatically correct. The best click through rates, when it comes to styling, have been proven to come from removing the ad borders and setting the background colour to match your page background colour.

Essentially blending the ads into the page and getting them to look like part of the page content. You should also have the colour of the links on your page match those of the ads.

Next consider the positioning of your ads. Place your ads where site visitors are most likely to click on them. Research shows that the top left of the page is the first spot to draw the eye and in turn get the most clicks. The new format 'Ad Links' work well here. The other hotspot is directly within the body of your content. The square formatted ads at the top right of your body copy work best here.

The correct styling and positioning of your ads is crucial for better click throughs and higher payouts.

You will get clicks on your ads almost no matter where you place them if you have enough site traffic. But styling and positioning them properly from the start can triple or more your click through rates.

Many blogs are turning towards information marketing, affiliate programs, and other Google alternatives such as Chitika eMiniMalls, Amazon, and yahoo for starters. Each of these options offers something attractive to those who have either been spurned by Google or find themselves dismayed by their slow progress.

Google is probably the most popular service for monetizing blogs. It is also a stickler for strict adherence, which is not necessarily a bad thing if you’ve managed to understand all the rules. You really need to take your time and read and understand everything fully about Google before signing up. I will say that while I have had some degree of success with Google, I am not really making enough money by Google alone to make it worthwhile, particularly with the rather high minimum payout rate. However, Chitika isn’t limited to gadgets, they have other ads as well. See if any of their ads fit into your niche before writing them off. I also recommend a few weeks of trying and playing around with ad placement before deciding against them as well. You only need to have earned $10 in order to receive a payout from them unlike Google and you can use these (provided you follow the rules set forth-check the website for details) along with Google ads on your site.

The important thing to remember when monetizing your blog is that you are not limited to one or two options, you have many. Check them all out, play around with them and see which options can be used in conjunction with other similar options. You just might be surprised at how much more money you can earn by choosing the underdog.
